The Rhode Island Bluegrass Alliance is sponsoring the Ocean State Bluegrass Festival at the beautiful Frerich's Farm in ocean-side, Warren, RI. This two-day festival will host several regional bands. Rock Hearts will be headlining the event on Saturday evening, Sept. 18th.
